5. Payments and Fees

  • Payments for our services are due as outlined in the agreement or invoice provided to you.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.
  • Late payments may result in delays in service delivery or additional charges.

6. Revisions and Reshoots

All revisions are included as outlined in the specific package purchased. However, reshoots are not included unless there is an error on our end or otherwise agreed upon.

7. Limitation of Liability

Winning Ads Agency is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Results that do not meet expectations due to factors beyond our control, such as changes in advertising platform algorithms.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • You breach these Terms of Service.
  • Payment is not received.

Upon termination, all unpaid amounts become immediately due.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, creative concepts, business strategies, and sensitive client information.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Yerevan.
